Frequently Asked Questions
A Netillah team member will reach out to you with both photos and a video of the Netillah cups being attached.
This varies. For example if we need 12 Netillah cups for a location, only once all 12 are dedicated do we head there to attach all the Netillah cups at once. This can take anywhere from a few days to a month, depending on where we are in the process.
Yes! As soon as the purchase is made, one of the Netillah team members will reach out to ensure the engraving is as you like it. Please be aware that there is an additional fee per word for more than 10 words per cup.
For every word above 10, it is an added $5 per word.
Great question! As these locations are heavily visited, some by hundreds of thousands and even millions on an annual basis – there can be wear and tear on the Netillah cups. As such we would likely change out the cups every half a year, sometimes longer. Please be aware that we do attach the cups to the stations with chains, however we cannot be responsible if someone takes a Netillah cup. Thankfully, we haven’t experienced this much.
Yes, of course. We can set this up with you in advance. Feel free to reach out after the order at info@netillah.com.
Depending on which location you choose, the engraving location will change. This is specified by the location themselves and we cannot do otherwise. For example, Netillah cups dedicated at the Kotel will have the engraving on the bottom of the cup. Engraving on the bottom of the cup is done with laser engraving to ensure it has a longer life span.
